Pet sitting is a unique way to combine your love of animals
with the opportunity of visiting, should you wish, historical places
of interest in many different locations here in Spain.
Who can join us:
We are looking for men and women who would
like to work on an ad hoc basis throughout the year.
Age is no barrier, but you will need to be versatile, active
and able to cope in an emergency.
Candidates will need to be conscientious and dedicated.
Providing a thorough and professional pet/house-sitting service
can be enjoyable. But it is not an occupation to be
undertaken without due consideration.
Whilst at the client’s property there are several daily tasks.
These may vary, but will include:
- Checking the property is secure;
- Feeding, walking, grooming and general care of the pets;
- Watering plants and gardens when required;
- Taking telephone messages;
- On departure day ensuring client's home is clean and tidy.
Qualifications:
A love of animals and a deep sense of responsibility
for an other's property.
Candidates require:
- Several years experience working with or having
owned domestic animals.
You would not be asked to care for horses
or reptiles if your expertise is
with cats or dogs.
- The ability to drive a car or motorbike.
- A mobile telephone.
- Impeccable character references
and personal recommendation.
